What are our regular store hours?

Tuesday through Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm; Sundays 10:00 am to 4:00 pm; closed Mondays.

What are our special holiday hours and closures for 2010?

Closed January 1, 2010 - New Years Day
Closed April 4 - Easter Sunday
Closed July 4 - Independence Day
Closed November 25 - Thanksgiving

We will close early December 24 - Christmas Eve at 3:00.
Closed December 25 - Christmas Day
Closed December 26

We will close early December 31 - New Years Eve at 4:00.
Closed January 1, 2011 - Happy New Year!

Do we grind our own ground beef?

Yes, our lean ground beef is prepared fresh daily in our own kitchen from 100% certified Angus beef.

Where do we get our meat?

Most of our pork comes from Carlton Farms in Carlton, Oregon.
Our beef mostly comes from the Midwest and is corn fed. Some of our beef is from Carlton Farms.

Do we make our own hams and smoked turkeys?

Yes, we make our own hams and smoked turkeys, as well as our own bacon and sausages.

Do we use nitrates?

No. We do use nitrites as a coloring agent.

When can I pick up my phone order/online order?

Phone orders - minimum of 3 hours. During a holiday week - 2 full business days.
We are closed on Mondays, so that is not considered a business day.

Online orders - 2 full business days. During a holiday week - 3 full business days.

If I placed an e-mail or phone order, do I still need to take a number at the counter for service?

Yes. We take many orders - especially during the holidays - so to be fair, every customer must take a number for service. We appreciate your patience when the store is busy!

Does Gartner's deliver?

We are sorry, Gartner's does not offer any delivery. All orders are for in store pick up only.

What forms of payment do we accept?

We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and the Oregon EBT Cards. We do not accept checks.
