Who would’ve thought the hardest part about being an adult would be choosing what to have for dinner every night for the rest of your life? Sometimes after a long day at work, preparing an elaborate meal for the whole family sounds exhausting. Luckily you can heat up the grill, toss on some short ribs, prep a quick salad and call it a night!
Marinated Short Ribs
These bad boys are so quick and easy to cook, and they require no preparation. Just toss them on the grill for a few minutes on each side and enjoy!
To cook Gartner’s Marinated Short Ribs:
– Pre-heat your grill on medium-high heat
– Place each short rib onto your grill, making sure there’s not too much excess marinade to avoid dripping
– Flip short ribs once, after 3-4 minutes of cooking
