Join Topaz Farm for their fourth annual Farm to Plate series. The series kicks off on Mother’s Day, with resident chefs Janelle and Christian Ephrem preparing two 5-course meals curated from the farm’s no-spray, regeneratively farmed produce. Brunch at Brix Tavern
Brunch is definitely a theme on this Mother’s Day to-do list. If you haven’t visited Brix Tavern before, they have two locations – one in the Pearl District and one in Tualatin, right along the Tualatin Lake.
