Instructions

- Add beef broth, potatoes, thyme, and rosemary. Return short ribs to the pot.

2. One-Pot Creamy Garlic Chicken and Rice
Ingredients
- 4 Gartner’s chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup long grain white rice
- 2 cups chicken broth

- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan

Instructions
- In a large deep skillet or pot, melt butter over medium heat.

Ingredients
- 2 Gartner’s steaks (whatever your favorite cut is!)
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium heat.
- Add potatoes cut-side down. Season with salt and pepper. Cook 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender. Remove and set aside.
- Increase heat to medium-high. Add steaks to the same skillet and sear 3 to 5 minutes per side depending on thickness and desired doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, add butter and garlic to the pan. Spoon melted butter over the steaks.
- Remove steaks and rest 5 to 10 minutes.
- Return potatoes to skillet briefly to warm through. Garnish with parsley and serve.
4. One-Pot Sausage, Veggies and Pasta
Ingredients

- 1 small onion, diced

Instructions
