How to Reheat Gartner’s Smoked Ham

Whether it’s Easter, Christmas or just Sunday dinner, you can’t go wrong with a smoked ham. Our hams are smoked to perfection in-house and ready for you to take home and enjoy.

Since our hams are fully cooked during the smoking process, all you need to do is reheat them before it’s time to dig in.

To reheat your Gartner’s Boneless or Bone-In Smoked Ham:

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F
  • Place your ham on an oven-safe baking pan and cover with tin foil
  • Add 1 cup of water to the bottom of the pan
  • Cook for 18 minutes per pound (cooking time is approximate)
  • Check the temperature – make sure your ham reaches 140°F before serving

Since our products do not contain any artificial preservatives, make sure to always cook your meat within 4 days, or freeze it.
