Mark’s Baby Back Ribs Recipe

Summer time is the perfect opportunity to experiment with some new recipes. And what’s better than a recipe directly from a seasoned meat cutter? Mark was a meat cutter here at Gartner’s for around 10 years – check out his baked baby back rib recipe that only requires a couple ingredients and will make your house smell delicious for hours.

Ingredients:
– 3 racks of Gartner’s Baby Back Ribs
1/3 cup water
– your favorite seasonings (try out our Gartner’s Special Blend or Gartner’s All Purpose Seasoning)
– 1 jar of BBQ sauce (we love James Gang, Traeger ‘Que or Felton and Mary’s)

Recipe:
– Preheat oven to 350°
– Remove membrane from the back side of the ribs
– Season ribs all over
– Place ribs in large roasting pan with water in the bottom
– Bake covered for 1.5 hours
– Reduce heat to 300°
– Drain water
– Cover ribs in BBQ sauce
– Bake uncovered for another 30 – 45 minutes
